During a clearing operation in Pasay City, a man has been taken into custody for from hitting an enforcer for the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
\nDuring an operation at F.B., the suspect was seen on CCTV capturing two MMDA enforcers on a motorcycle. Harrison Street.
\nEmerson Pagala, the enforcer, alleged that the man wanted to get them on camera by pushing his phone at him.
\nPagala slapped the man’s hand aside\u00a0knocking his cellphone to the floor. Pagala dropped as a result of the man’s first punch, which he landed as others tried to get in.
\nWhen the enforcers only towed his car during the operation, the suspect became furious and asked the reason why no other vehicles were towed.
